How much does the AI cost?
It depends on how much you use it. You add the keys of the provider you prefer in the portal (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs) and pay them, with no markup. Usage is visible in the portal.
Do we need a new phone number?
No. You connect your company VoIP line in the portal and KOMUNICATOR uses it to call landlines and mobiles. People see the company number.
An employee loses their phone. Now what?
You disable that device in the portal in an instant. On the new phone, history comes back with their personal code or from the administrator.
Can we change plan or number of people?
Yes, at any time. If you outgrow your package, move to the next one or to per-person pricing.
What happens if we cancel?
The administrator has 30 days to download a full backup with chats and documents. Then your server and its copies are permanently deleted.
Does it work without AI?
Yes. Essential has no AI, and in the other plans every AI service can be switched off in the portal.
